July 18, 2021According to Fathiya Abdulmajid, the Head of Finance and Administration, the Alliance takes pride in empowering its own staff and networks by capacity building, through trainings that is intended to inculcate a mindset of working towards improving the socio-economic status of the beneficiaries.
“Over the next two days, we will bank on your full participation so that all the components of this RBM system would be made in such a way that it will help the PACJA platforms to work harmoniously and cohesively,” she said.
Fathiya said that this conversation towards this new result-based management framework began in March 2021 virtually.
“It is my pleasure that our meeting here in Abuja will shape it up further and wholistically by including all the PACJA Platforms,” she said.
She said the PACJA Secretariat will ensure follow up on all decisions arrived at and roll out relevant capacity building activities where necessary that will support its effectiveness.
